Support Your Patients. Grow Your Impact. Earn with Ease.
Are you a pelvic floor physical therapist, women’s health provider, or wellness practitioner supporting clients in postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, or core dysfunction?
We’ve created a pelvic floor online course designed to bridge the gap between rehab and long-term resilience—and we want to partner with you.
Introducing the Empower Your Core Affiliate Program: a collaborative opportunity for providers to offer your patients a trusted, self-paced pelvic floor and core strength program while earning a commission for every referral.
About the Course
Empower Your Core was created by a pain science informed movement educator, pelvic floor specialist Jeanetta Bodie. Rooted in movement science, breathwork, and nervous system education, Empower Your Core is a comprehensive, self-paced online course that gently guides women through:
20+ hours of expert-led education, rooted in pelvic floor health, functional movement, and nervous system awareness
Breathwork, core activation, and pelvic floor yoga to build connection from the inside out
Functional movement flows to restore hip, core, and pelvic stability—without crunches or kegels alone
Relief and support for common symptoms like pelvic pain, incontinence, pain with sexual activity, heaviness, or tension
Whole-body tools for every season of life—including postpartum recovery, post-surgery rehab, and the menopause transition

Meet the Educators
Jeanetta Bodie
Jeanetta brings over a decade of experience in movement education, specializing in pelvic floor health, functional strength, and nervous system resilience. As a certified yoga teacher, strength coach, and somatic educator, her approach is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in functional anatomy. Her passion lies in helping women reconnect with their bodies—not by fixing them, but by reminding them they were never broken. Jeanetta has guided hundreds of women through core reconnection, postnatal healing, and the nuanced transitions of menopause and aging.
Stephanie Woods
Stephanie spent years in leadership, systems design, and team development before transitioning into wellness. With certifications in yoga and personal training, she blends her deep understanding of structure and strategy with a compassionate, holistic lens. She supports women’s health professionals in expanding their impact—without burnout. Her work centers on building bridges between clinical care and embodied healing through education, movement, and strategic collaboration.
Together, we created Empower Your Core to complement the powerful work pelvic floor PTs, bodyworkers, and women’s health practitioners are already doing. We believe healing is amplified through collaboration—and that your clients deserve access to movement education that’s empowering, accessible, and grounded in science and soul.

A Message from
Affiliate Partner
Empower Your Core gave my clients something I couldn’t offer in one-on-one sessions: space, time, and guidance to integrate what they’re learning about their bodies—physically and emotionally. The course helped them understand that their pelvic floor symptoms were normal, not shameful, and that healing was possible. Jeanetta’s ability to combine nervous system education, functional movement, and compassionate language is powerful. Whether they were postpartum, menopausal, or recovering from trauma, my clients felt deeply supported and seen. This course is a beautiful complement to pelvic floor therapy, and I feel confident referring patients into it.
