Breathwork is the intentional manipulation of one's breath to help you transform your current state, improve emotional processing, and create a deep sense of purpose.
Everyone requires air to breathe.
Everyone can benefit from breathwork.
Are you in chronic pain and can't sit still?

Do you lack purpose or struggle to feel joy?
Breath is the foundation of everything. PERIOD. It affects your nervous system, hormones, heart rate, emotions, ability to think, and even your ability to heal.
Breathwork isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Everyone requires air to breathe, but not all breathwork styles are suitable for everyone. This is why finding the right type of breathwork is key to being able to take in the benefits and successfully integrate them into your life.
The goal of breathwork is to stretch the nervous system, not stress it. We will collaborate to identify the right breathwork style for your current needs, whether you’re looking for a more intense, active approach or prefer a less active approach, such as down-regulating breathwork, or want to correct dysfunctional breathing patterns in your body in order to improve your health and address symptoms such as chronic pain. Just like in my other practices, I prioritize listening to your body and determining what is most supportive and beneficial for you as the client.
