• Seated shoulder and spinal warm-ups

• Lateral stretches and modified side bends

• Gentle twists to release tension and support digestion

• Hip-opening sequences including modified Warrior II and side body extensions

• Slow, mindful transitions through tabletop and kneeling poses

• Supine core and inner thigh activation with optional block work

• Reclined spinal twists, supported butterfly, and grounding rest postures

• A sweet closing with guided breath, intention recall, and restorative Savasana
